If the controller displays the wrong colors, for example red button shows green, please don’t worry, it doesn’t mean the controller is defective. Resetting the R/G/B order again will resolve the issue.
Method of adjusting the order of R/G/B:
- Press the SETTING button for 5 seconds.
- Press the R button until LEDs turn red; press the G button until LEDs turn Green, press the B button until LEDs turn Blue.
How can I asjust it to control 2048 pixels?
***Maximum number of control pixels : Total 2048pixels. recommand use 300 pixel(Approx. 5 meters of light strip length.)
***The product itself can carry power 5V<30W, 12V<72W, 24V<144W, such as more than this power, please give the phantom light with a separate power supply, or with the use of amplifiers, otherwise it will lead to controller overload damage.
2048 pixel adjustment method:
- press and hold for 5 seconds to enter the setup menu and press MODE + and MODE – to adjust the number of LED pixel points.
- Only adjust 32 points each time.
- Press the B button to adjust the RGB sequence until the color sequence of the first three lights is red, green and blue.
(Tips: If you want to adjust the pixel points from 300 to 2048, you need to press ‘MODE+’ key 54 times.)

Precautions in the use of controller products:
1.The remote control can’t control the controller properly:
Please troubleshoot the following points:
a). Whether the plastic isolation piece of the remote control is not unplugged (plastic isolation piece isolates the battery power supply)
b). Whether the remote control within 10-30M.
2. The controller is hot (burned out) & the light bar is burned out.
Please troubleshoot the following points.
a). Please ensure: Input voltage = output voltage (for example, DC5V WS2812B LED strip, must use DC5V power supply; DC12V WS2812B LED strip, must use DC12V power supply, for example, DC24V WS2812B LED strip, must use DC24V power supply) )
b). The power that can be carried by this product itself is 5V<30W, 12V<72W, 24V<144W, if it exceeds this power, please equip the light strip with a separate power supply or use it with an amplifier.
3. The light bar is slightly bright or only red light up.
Reason: incorrect voltage use, please keep in mind: Input voltage=output voltage (the use of voltage depends on the light bar you use)
4. If the effect is stuck or the end of the LED strip is progressively darker.
Reason: Please add voltage to the LED strip in time. This is a normal physical phenomenon, and all the LED strips cannot avoid this problem.
