Product instructions
- First clean the surface of the CPU core and heat sink, the surface is clean and oil-free.
- Determine the area on the heat sink that is in contact with the CPU, use a scraper to pick up half a grain of rice-sized thermal grease and transfer it to the core of the CPU, and then use a scraper to spread it evenly, so that the thermal grease at the bottom of the radiator is evenly spread over the entire surface In the area in contact with the CPU, the thickness of thermal grease is about the thickness of a piece of ordinary paper.
- Confirm that there are no foreign objects on the base of the heat sink and the surface of the CPU core, and put the heat sink on the CPU. At this time, only light pressure can be used, and the heat sink cannot be rotated or translated. Otherwise, it may cause uneven thickness of the thermal grease between the radiator and the CPU.
